Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care. Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. Communicate the patient's clinical condition accurately, responding quickly to changes in condition or treatment response. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care. Promote the nursing profession through collegial support and interactions while reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current licensure in the State of Connecticut
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
