Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (Main Campus) with 1+ year OR/procedural nursing experience. Responsibilities include monitoring and assisting with procedures, delivering perioperative care across pre-induction, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia phases, coordinating with surgeons, scrub techs, and circulating RNs, and adhering to NY Nurse Practice Act and ASPAN/ASA standards. Requires BLS/CPR, and ongoing education; opportunities for clinical ladder advancement and leadership roles. Part-time, rotating shifts with strong orientation and ACLS/critical care/E.R. training and generous tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in the State of New York.
