Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Full Time - Days

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for groups and individuals using The Christ Hospital Professional Practice Model. Perform and delegate nursing actions based on appropriate orders while responding to emergency situations with immediate precision. Provide ongoing, individualized holistic patient and family education and initiate discharge planning upon admission. Document the nursing process accurately and concisely in the electronic medical record, including updates on teaching and patient response. Maintain continuity of care through handoff reports, rounding, and transfers to other specialty units or post-care facilities. Comply with organization and department policies, complete all required training, and participate in unit-based activities for performance improvement.
