Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Full Time - Days

Conduct holistic assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the operating room while adhering to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and TCH's patient-centered model. Perform and delegate nursing actions based on physician orders, respond to emergency situations with controlled precision, and implement infection prevention measures. Provide ongoing individualized education to patients and families, maintain continuity of care through handoff reports and rounding, and accurately document all interventions in the electronic medical record. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring peers, participating in staff and council meetings, and contributing to performance improvement projects. Maintain current Ohio licensure, BLS certification, and complete required annual education.
