Job Summary
Conduct operating room nursing duties in a state-of-the-art medical facility, providing exceptional patient care across mixed shifts. Interpret patient information to identify specific requirements for care relative to age and modify care plans accordingly. Maintain current RN licensure and complete a comprehensive orientation and training program with ongoing preceptor support. This role is part of the founding nursing team at a new location in Wilmington, North Carolina, where you will help build a supportive culture from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- B.S. in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of one year experience as a clinical nurse in acute care environment
- Current licensure as an RN
- Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)' age
- Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific need
