Job Summary
Perform accurate patient assessments, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and provide care tailored to the condition and age of each patient. Complete timely documentation of medical necessity and manage the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for every patient assigned. Maintain a full-time Monday-Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with six on-call shifts monthly, including one weekend. Requires current NC RN license, 1-2 years of OR experience, and ACLS certification within 90 days. Join Central Carolina Hospital, a Joint Commission-accredited Primary Stroke Center serving Lee County.
Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina state or compact state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS certification
- Associate's degree in nursing
- 1-2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Minimum of six on-call shifts per month
- One full weekend (Friday-Sunday) on-call shift
