Job Summary
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions with clinical precision to ensure safe transitions to recovery. Maintain absolute integrity over the sterile field by managing patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management. Lead the rhythm of the operating room by orchestrating the preparation of cutting-edge technology and supplies to execute procedures flawlessly. This role requires a Licensed Registered Nurse with Tennessee Board of Nursing licensure and Advanced Life Support certification, based at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, on a Days PRN schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
- current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State' obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted for Advanced Life Support
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted for BLS Provider
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
