Job Summary
Deliver professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures by selecting instruments, monitoring patient status, and communicating updates before, during, and after procedures. Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for clinical use. Requires Advanced Life Support and BLS certification within 60 days, plus active RN licensure from Minnesota or Wisconsin. Previous OR experience preferred. Rotating shifts available part-time at Columbia St Mary's Milwaukee, a leading nonprofit Catholic health system focused on service and reimagining healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
