Job Summary
Operating Room RN responsible for scrub and circulating duties, instrument selection and sterile field maintenance; supports surgeons intraoperatively with hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure; coordinates perioperative care with the interdisciplinary team and documents in the EHR; prepares ORs and equipment with strict infection-control and quality standards to ensure readiness and safety across trauma, neuro, spine, general, ENT, plastics, ortho, vascular, and OB-GYN procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire date
- BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
