Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for nursing practices, policies, and procedures within the RN scope of practice at OneWorld Community Health Centers. This role involves providing clinical nursing services, assisting healthcare providers, performing diagnostic procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for healthcare delivery. Direct supervision of Health Assistants and Medical Assistants may be required. Candidates must have an ASN degree, current RN licensure in Nebraska, BLS certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska or license eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- One year or more of nursing experience
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN)
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday
- Must have demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to patients and staff
