Job Summary
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting. Responsible for obtaining patient history, vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating patient care with other healthcare staff.
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin registered nurse
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License Personal & Tribal Vehicle Insurance Required
