Job Summary
Float between multiple facilities in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana, providing high-quality patient care in assigned units including Med/Surg/Tele and PCU day and night shifts. Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and workflows while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance standards. Requires 2 years of acute-care RN experience or equivalent LPN background, an active RN licensure in KY and IN, and successful completion of background checks, drug screens, and license verification. Full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with opportunities to work in both adult and pediatric settings.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of acute-care RN experience
- 1 year of acute-care RN experience + 2 years of acute-care LPN experience
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Active RN licensure in KY & IN
- Must hold and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or individual RN licenses for KY and IN
- Background check
