Job Summary
Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the Oncology department. Direct and guide patient/family teaching while maintaining standards of care on the Medical/Surgical Unit. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic study results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications. Full-time night shift position with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator Management experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
