Job Summary
Oncology Registered Nurse in Pickerington, OH provides general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care. The RN delegates tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using criteria in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessment/diagnosis, outcomes identification/planning, implementation/evaluation, leadership in process improvement, and operations focused on safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization (HRO). 40-hour work week, day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree: Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
