Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse Navigator

Conduct patient education on treatment plans, financial implications, and symptom management while administering medications via all routes and monitoring for side effects. Assess needs and coordinate internal and external services including medications, equipment, and home care. Respond to Secure Health Messages and manage crisis situations at home, ensuring timely symptom management and wound care. Administer chemotherapy, collect blood specimens, and care for patients with IV lines, central lines, and ostomies. Utilize Follow Up Board tasks to manage patient status and provide nursing support to radiology technologists as needed. Requires onsite M-F 8:00-4:30 work; BLS certification required.
