Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, then assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. This Registered Nurse Oncology MedSurg Telemetry role is a full-time day shift position at Columbia Saint Mary's Hospital within the Ascension nonprofit Catholic health system.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS Provider
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
