Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. This Registered Nurse Oncology MedSurg Telemetry position is a day shift, full-time role at Columbia Saint Mary's Hospital within the Ascension health system.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
