Job Summary
Overnight Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing community in Missoula, MT responsible for delivering high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations. Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions, perform admissions/transfers/discharges with proper documentation, conduct daily rounds with providers, coordinate and implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes patient assessment, care coordination, wound/infection control, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver Platinum Service and high-quality resident experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in applicable state, in good standing throughout employment with no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
