Job Summary
Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, conducting risk and health assessments with appropriate documentation and follow-up. Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries, execute program workflows including emergency response and return-to-work management, and deliver preventative education through job or mobility coaching. Prepare ergonomic and injury intervention reports alongside FMLA/ADA documentation. This role supports a team recognized for musculoskeletal care excellence and research leadership. Availability required Monday through Friday for day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Licensed/certified LPN or RN
- 2 years providing occupational health services or other related experience
