Job Summary
Assess patients' medical status upon admission and develop individualized treatment plans while overseeing care delivered by LPNs and CNAs. Recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs, fostering continuity and quality of care with families in mind. Participate in clinical team conferences and comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines. Work full-time 36-hour shifts (three 12-hour rotations) at Holy Rosary Obstetrics in Miles City, MT. Current Montana RN license, BLS certification, and NRP training required; BSN acquisition mandated for new hires after July 1, 2020. Prior OB/L&D experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Montana RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- NRP within 18 months of hire
- STABLE within 2 years of hire
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior OB and/or L&D experience
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting
