Job Summary
Assess patients' medical status upon admission and develop individualized treatment plans for obstetrics and labor/delivery units. Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs while recognizing and addressing patients' psychological and physical needs. Participate in clinical team conferences and comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines. Foster continuity and quality of care with the well-being of patients and their families in mind.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Montana RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- NRP within 18 months of hire
- STABLE within 2 years of hire
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior OB and/or L&D experience
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting
