Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients in the Observation Unit during night shifts, providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Demonstrate leadership through preceptor roles, participate in quality improvement, and mentor/teach peers. Possess strong communication skills and ability to delegate care based on patient acuity and resources; may be required to drive a personal vehicle as part of responsibilities. Role aligns with Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and ANA Standards of Practice; sponsorship available via TN visa.
Required Qualifications
- RN license valid in Arizona
- TN sponsorship eligible
- Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
- ability to work nights
