Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical/Observation Unit at Boston Medical Center. 24-hour weekly schedule on nights with every other third weekend/holiday. Provide patient-centered care across a high-volume unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and education; ensure accurate documentation and coordination with interdisciplinary team; support quality-improvement initiatives and leadership for unit operations. Requires MA RN licensure, BLS (ACLS where required), and a nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN preferred). Relocation assistance is offered. Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification required in certain units

- 1+ years RN experience preferred
