Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, knowledge of current nursing trends, and the ability to adjust care regimens as needed. Licenses and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and TNCC are required, along with the ability to work effectively within a team to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
