Registered Nurse - Observation

Conduct short-term inpatient care for patients requiring evaluation, treatment, and diagnosis on a 23-bed observation unit at Deaconess Midtown. Perform daily assessments, monitor remote telemetry capabilities, and collaborate with physicians, case management, therapy, and social work to support patient transitions within 8–24 hours. Develop critical thinking and clinical judgment skills in a fast-paced environment while working full-time day shifts of 36 hours per week.
