Registered Nurse Observation

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Shift timings are night shift from 19:00 to 07:30. Candidates must hold a Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Illinois Board of Nursing, BLS certification, and National Institutes of Health certifications.
