Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Oasis Admissions in-home health across Jacksonville and surrounding territories. Responsibilities include following a designated care plan, performing home visits, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes; following up on doctors' orders; conducting client assessments; performing case management and coordination; and documenting observations and interventions in an EMR touch‐pad system. Requires travel to cases within designated geographic territories (Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau). Strong emphasis on independent work, time management, and compassionate, reliable patient care. Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
