Registered Nurse - Nursing Flex Staff, Full time, Nights

Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a Freestanding Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process for urgent and emergent care including diagnostic and procedural services. Precept new healthcare staff to model proficiency and support competency validation during clinical orientation. Maintain safety and quality standards at the point of care while earning a $1,600 quarterly incentive for full-time night shift work. Requires six months of RN experience, state licensure, and completion of the Emergency Nursing Pediatric and Trauma Nurse Core courses.
