Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessment, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care plans while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their competence levels. Requires current licensure, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), and either a pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours of RN/LPN experience. Full-time or part-time evening shift eligibility with a $20,000 bonus for qualifying employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice

- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
