Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation). Collaborates with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Requires RN licensure in the practice states; BSN is preferred; minimum experience includes a pre-licensure program with supervised clinical exposure or 400 hours of RN/LPN experience. Evening shift opportunities available; part-time and full-time positions with a $12,000 bonus for eligible employees; comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as an RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside
