Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement health maintenance and treatment plans for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and charge nurses to evaluate care outcomes and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and ensure safe administration of care across all phases of resident treatment. Requires current state licensure, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), and minimum 400 hours of RN experience or accredited pre-licensure clinical training. Full-time or part-time evening shift eligibility with a $20,000 bonus for qualifying employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
