Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, educate residents, and perform various nursing interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, families, and delegate personnel. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating tasks within the scope of nursing practice and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires current Registered Nurse licensure, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), and either a pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours of RN/LPN experience. Full-time and part-time evening shifts offer a $20,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
