Job Summary
Provide one-on-one patient care in a home-health setting as part of BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program for new graduates. The role focuses on developing clinical skills, learning through paid training from day one, and advancing in a nursing career under clinical managers’ guidance. Must hold a current valid U.S. nursing license, have graduated from a qualified nursing program, and maintain CPR in good standing. The program emphasizes hands-on practice, use of electronic charting (Statewise), and portfolio-building through simulation labs, with weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Location is in the Charlotte Metro area with field-based duties.
Required Qualifications
