Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as a Nuclear Medicine RN in a large, award-winning hospital. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and during shifts, performing procedures and documenting care in the medical record, administering prescribed medications, monitoring therapeutic responses, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up steps. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Texas RN license (orMulti-State Compact) with at least 6 months of RN experience and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
