Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) (10013N)

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Provides care in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission values. Must possess or obtain RN licensure in the hiring state/compact and have BLS and applicable certifications as required by unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and others listed). Position emphasizes professional accountability, patient advocacy, and sustaining quality care across shifts.
