Job Summary
Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program and a current RN license (state or compact). BLS is required; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM, etc.) may be required based on the unit. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within hiring state/compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certification options may be required based on unit/position: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as applicable
