Registered Nurse - NOC - Full Time

Follow the hospice care plan, provide skilled palliative care, and coordinate services for patients with terminal illnesses. Work cooperatively with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team, participate in patient care conferences, and supervise Home Health Aides. Perform prescribed medical treatments including pain management and symptom control, conduct assessments and evaluations, and report changes to the case manager. Provide education and supportive care to patients and caregivers. Requires current CA RN license, BSN preferred, and minimum one-year recent nursing experience. Full-time NOC shift from 12:00am to 8:30am with a $2.00 shift differential.
