Registered Nurse - NIGHTS (86434)

Conduct rounds observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting resident condition changes while ensuring care plan implementation and administering prescribed medications. Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts, identify significant resident condition changes, and take necessary action per facility policies. Oversee and monitor aides, initiate and complete incident and accident reports, and discharge residents per policy. Must complete nursing assessments for physician calls prior to contact and communicate status updates to resident point of contacts. Requires active Texas RN license, accredited RN program completion, and preferred skilled nursing facility experience.
