Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, ensuring a safe environment for residents to participate in their daily life rhythms. Initiate plans of care as needed while supervising resident care and developing assignments in coordination with care partners. Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction across the team. Work full-time Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a night shift differential. Hold a current RN license and CPR certification. Join HumanGood, a nonprofit senior living operator, to support residents in becoming their best selves.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays schedule
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift
- Senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care experience
