Job Summary
Registered Nurse at Summerset Palms village for night shift (4 nights on, 4 days off) providing resident-directed aged care. Manage residents’ clinical to end-of-life needs, create and follow long-term care plans and clinical assessments, take charge on shifts, deliver planned nursing care and evaluate progress with residents and families, guide and direct caregivers on shift, build trusted relationships with residents and families, and uphold high standards of care with emphasis on compassionate leadership, teamwork, and quality of life for residents.
