Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Registered Nurse at Summerset Waikanae village on a Night Shift, with a 2-on-4-off pattern. Responsibilities include managing residents’ everyday needs across clinical to end-of-life care, creating and following long-term care plans and clinical assessments, taking charge on shifts, delivering nursing care and evaluating progress with residents and families, providing guidance to caregivers on shift, and building trusted relationships with residents and their families.
