Registered Nurse- Night Shift

Oversees nursing care in a long-term care setting and supervises nursing staff, coordinating medication administration and treatments per physician orders. Develops and implements care plans based on ongoing nursing assessments, ensures resident safety and quality of care, and communicates with physicians, residents, families, and the nursing team. Responsibilities include planning and directing work of the nursing team, evaluating staff performance, coordinating with the care team, and contributing to a positive resident-focused environment. Requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in gerontological/long-term care settings; preferred nursing specialty certifications and familiarity with electronic medical records.
