Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, identification of potential problems, administration of treatment, and evaluation of outcomes. Report all significant changes in resident condition to primary care physicians, families, and designated POAs in a timely manner. Document nursing notes completely and concisely, then provide a full report to the oncoming shift. Attend to resident needs promptly, maintain accurate care records, and collaborate with the healthcare team for coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality. Work independently with leadership skills, multi-task effectively, and uphold professional boundaries. Requires a current, unencumbered Maine RN license and physical ability for night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of Maine
- physically able to do the job effectively for your scheduled shift

- excellent attendance record
- ability to stay later than your scheduled shift
