Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to keep team members accountable for resident satisfaction. Work full-time Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a night shift differential. This role supports the total nursing needs of residents at The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community recognized as a Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift
- Senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care experience
