Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life rhythms. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, then initiate plans of care as needed. Supervise resident care while developing assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Work full-time Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a night shift differential. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, with preferred experience in senior or skilled nursing.
