Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments while initiating plans of care for residents. Ensure a safe environment that supports daily life rhythms and coordinate assignments with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction. Supervise resident care and actively incorporate person-directed care principles within the Skilled Nursing team. This full-time night shift role (Wed, Thurs, Sat, 6 PM–6 AM) offers a rate of $40–$46/hr plus a $2/hr differential. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays availability
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift availability
- Senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care experience
