Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction. Work full-time Wed, Thurs, and Sat from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a night shift differential. This role supports the total nursing needs of residents at The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Nursing Home facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care
