Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments for residents while ensuring a safe environment that supports their daily life rhythm. Initiate care plans as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability. Manage total nursing needs for the Skilled Nursing team at The Terraces of Boise, applying our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Work full-time Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a night shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays shifts
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift times
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care
