Job Summary
Provide direct care to critical infants in a 20-bed level III NICU and a 9-bed level II Transition Unit, utilizing a collaborative team approach supported by thorough orientation and mentorship. After two years, transition to the Health Net Transfer Team to transport infants across Vermont and upstate New York. Maintain appropriate experience in the specific clinical area while adhering to great patient ratios and structured preceptorships. Participate in shared governance and utilize available continuing education opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- ADN
