Registered Nurse - NICU

Provide comprehensive care to critical infants in a 20-bed level III NICU and a 9-bed level II Transition Unit, utilizing a collaborative team approach with thorough orientation and mentorship. After two years, transition to the Health Net Transfer Team to transport infants across Vermont and upstate New York. Maintain appropriate clinical experience standards while adhering to structured preceptorships and continuing education opportunities. Work within a culture emphasizing great patient ratios, safe patient handling equipment, and shared governance. No on-call rotation is required.
